- The trolley conveyor system consists of 12 trolley units designed for efficient movement of wiring harness assemblies across different workstations. The system operates on a PLC-based control, ensuring accurate and reliable automation of the conveyor movement.
- Each trolley stops at designated stations with programmable stoppage timing, allowing operators to perform wiring, assembly, inspection, or testing processes smoothly. The conveyor can be controlled from multiple stations, providing flexibility and better workflow management during production.
- The system is fully customizable based on customer requirements, including the number of stations, trolley configuration, and control features, making it suitable for various wiring harness manufacturing applications.
- The Curing Chain Conveyor is designed for PCB manufacturing processes, where PCBs require curing after resin is poured on them to protect the circuit from dust, moisture, and environmental damage. The system ensures controlled and efficient curing to maintain product quality and reliability.
- The conveyor line consists of multiple lifters that automatically transfer PCB plates from one stage to another, enabling smooth and continuous material flow throughout the process. - The IP Testing Machine is designed to test the water ingress protection (IP) rating of equipment and enclosures. It simulates real environmental conditions by spraying high-pressure water on the product placed inside the testing chamber.
